Digital Delivery Policy

Golden Threads sells digital quilt-pattern downloads. No physical product, finished quilt, fabric, printed booklet or sewing supplies will be shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Delivery

After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital files through:

  • The order-confirmation page.
  • A download email sent to the address entered during checkout.
  • Any customer-account download area made available by Golden Threads.

Most files are delivered within a few minutes. Occasionally, payment verification or email delays may cause delivery to take longer.

Download format

Products are generally supplied as PDF files. Individual product pages explain what is included, such as:

  • Fabric requirements.
  • Cutting charts.
  • Finished quilt dimensions.
  • Illustrated construction steps.
  • Printable pattern pieces.
  • US Letter or A4-compatible pages, when applicable.

Customers are responsible for using a device and software capable of opening PDF files.

Missing download email

Before contacting us:

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
  2. Search your inbox for “Golden Threads.”
  3. Confirm that your payment was completed.
  4. Confirm that the correct email address was used at checkout.

Incorrect email address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address. If an incorrect address was entered, contact us and we will help verify the order and update delivery where reasonably possible.

No shipping fees

Digital-only orders do not require physical shipping and should not include a shipping charge. Applicable taxes may still be calculated based on the customer’s location.
